I´m not sure whether to call me "hobbyist" og "professional". I tried out professional frist, but am I..? AM I a photographer as well? I Norway, the title "Fotograf" (photographer) is being used by anyone who´ve just bought a camera and wants to call him or herself it. I don´t think it´s fair, and I don´t want to be one of those. But I did go to school, yet for a very short period, -and I do earn some money on photo. Among the photographers that I know, these are the criterias to call yourself a "Photographer". I worry a lot about this, so do share your opinion on it I you will..


I went to Bilder Nordic School of Photography in Oslo the spring 2011, and loved it. Great school, with only photographers as teachers.

I love photography, but also text-editing. One of my goals for life is to do both text and photo for a norwegian magazine. I got a new job this very week, that maybe will lead in the direction of my dreams...? As an employee for "Norske Bransjemagasinet" I am to sell commercials for companies, and also interview and PHOTOGRAPH them. YEYH. I´ll get my photos in a magazine..

First day at new job pretty soon! Wish me luck!
